Ronald F. Stoops

Chief Financial Officer

Ron was promoted to Chief Financial Officer on October 1, 2026, after previously serving as the Vice President of Finance. He joined the company in July 2020 as a Director of Financial Reporting managing financial reporting, strategic planning, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions, and income tax compliance. Prior to joining The Gorman-Rupp Company, Ron was employed as an SEC Reporting Manager for Mettler Toledo, a publicly held multinational manufacturer with over $3 billion in annual sales. Prior to that, Ron had experience in public accounting as an Audit Senior Manager with KPMG working with both public and privately held companies. Ron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
